The location was great and I could use free parking on site. I had an immaculate and quiet room with the jacuzzi and a king size bed and stocked up fridge and everything was well-maintained...

The location was great, close to the area, and my room was exceptionally nice with a beautiful bathroom.

The hotel was overall clean with always attentive and exceptionally attentive stuff who obviously understand Customer Service. Also, location was unbeatable and exceptionally nice, next to Dolphinaris Barcelo. A shopping mall and local markets where right next door. Greatly enjoyed the à la carte restaurant for the breakfast we had at the venue restaurant.

The secluded location close to Xpu-ha Beach was perfect. the staff was extremely polite and accommodating. - the restaurant was excellent for lunch, we both ordered excellent dishes.

Very quiet, hardly any other guests. The cenote was great.

The food in the restaurant did not use any of the ingredients listed on the menu E.G. Mozerella, veal. We did not enjoy dinner and our European plan included breakfast which was just coffee and bread and pretty stingey.

Whirlpool in the room was super.natural facility with lots of animals!

Unfortunately, half of the facility was dilapidated and no longer in use. Was not mentioned in the description.

The hotel is lovely and welcoming, perfectly clean, and offers a superior view of the ocean. the location is the best possible, up to the standards of other hotels in the area. It's a short walk to the center of the buffet, the beach, and the restaurant. the lobby bar is a nice plus. the services are good, including a clean pool.

enjoyed a short break in Xpu Ha, but Bel Air Collection Resort & Spa Riviera Maya exceeded expectations. Fantastic staff, pet-friendly with amenities for dogs, beautiful property, fun activities like kayaking and pool, and a wonderful spa experience with facial and massage.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff took excellent care of me and were always friendly and helpful. The jacuzzi in my room was a great feature, and I was pleased that pets were allowed as well. The hotel provided beds and food bowls for my dogs, and there were plenty of paths for walks. The property itself was beautiful, with lovely tropical birds and a quiet ambiance. The kayaking and pool were lots of fun, and I especially enjoyed the spa where I had a fantastic facial and massage.

The front desk manager warmly welcomed us and gave us all the information we needed about the amenities and services available. The room service was excellent, with the bed often decorated with towel animals. We especially loved having a yakuzi in our room and the complimentary coffee that was refilled daily. The hammock outside on our patio was a nice touch, and we even spotted some adorable animals like raccoons. The daily shuttle to the beautiful beach was a great convenience, and the staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had a great time.

In conclusion, we highly recommend this hotel. Its location in a natural bay and jungle setting provided a unique and exotic feel.
